White Vietnamese Dragonfruit doesn't have a strong flavor, and is very light and refreshing. Lightly sweet (make sure you pick when fully ripe: the green "wings" should turn yellow), juicy, crisp, with a crunch from the seeds. Very high in fiber (might make you go to the bathroom quickly). The fruit is MASSIVE. Most fruit is over 1 lb. Grows very vigorously, so needs a sturdy trellis or continual pruning. Very enjoyable, crazy beautiful fruit that makes a great gift!
